Just peel off the blue tape on the backside, and then fit the Ultra base to the hotbed (base). for assembly video Attention: * Suggested bed temperature may vary depends on the filament material; * Please properly level the bed before printing; * Never let the nozzle rub against the Ultra base directly; * Clean the platform surface with alcohol/water. Temperature settings for different filaments: 1. PLA:50-70℃ 2. Flexible filament: 50-70℃ 3. ABS:100-125℃ ( 110℃ is recommended ) 4. PC:100-130℃ ( 120℃ is recommended ) 5. This product is Beta MAYBE Alpha BUT Definitely NOT Production ready…. Ruined my ruby nozzle. Worked great for a few prints then one side detached from the base. When I started the next print I ground the nozzle into the glass surface. Poor design or at least poor choice of adhesive between glass and hot bed. Very disappointed. I purchased a second and the bolts that you have to install yourself were mis-made. Anycubic did not respond to emails or attempts to call. I ground the heads with a dremel tool to get them flat. Fantastic build surface Original Review :Fantastic build surface. I’m surprised that it’s not being talked about more. I print at 55-65c and everything sticks to it. Once it cools you can actually hear the print popping off on it’s own. This beats bare glass, hairspray, gluestick, lokbuild, buildtak, painters tape, raw aluminum, PEI. I will never go back to those other surfaces. Surface is fairly durable and can be scraped with a razor blade for cleanup.The heated bed portion is terrible. 1mm…
